I've worked in corporate training for more than 15 years and sat through a lot of courses, big and small, local and international. What I learned the most from came from LearnSmart. I value every course they've built. Each one feels thoroughly researched and tested over a long process before it ever reaches learners. The facilitation skills course is a good example. I've taken that subject from several different providers, since training at a large corporation gives me that access, but LearnSmart's version showed me what facilitation is actually supposed to be: built on real quality and real value, not just talk.
